How to reduce thigh fat the right way
Is your favourite skirt accentuating a little too much of a curve? Are your favourite jeans a little tight around the thigh? If you're out shopping, do you find that the waist size on the hanger is perfect, but that you can't quite pull up those sleek suit trousers? Events like these can send us into a spiral. We begin to worry about the fact that we have gained weight, we worry that we have become unattractive, and quite often we feel as though we've let ourselves down.
These feelings are, sadly, very common. They needn't be. All bodies change. All of us, at some point, will find something that we don't like about our bodies. One of the most common areas of the body to be a source of anxiety for women is the thighs. Our thighs are notoriously hard to tone as they are, by necessity, muscular. Bear in mind, without having large muscles in our thighs we wouldn't be able to hold our own weight.
However, if you feel like there's just a little too much that you can grip down there, here are a few simple things you can do to reduce thigh fat in a controlled, healthy, self-loving way.
Firstly, exercise!
The easiest way to burn thigh fat is to do squats. These can be done pretty much anywhere (probably not at work, obviously). With your legs shoulder-width apart, lower your bum until your thighs run parallel to the ground. Hold this position for a few seconds and slowly push yourself back up.
You can also try lunges. Lunge forward with one leg and hold the knee on the opposite leg just above the ground. Hold this position for a few seconds, then reverse the stretch to the other leg. You can also do 'weighted' lunges by holding dumbbells by your side as you do them. This will increase the strain on your thighs and can speed up the toning process. Don't overdo it though!
Second, eat well!
As we all know, a clean diet will help you lose body fat all over. Of course, you should focus on having the correct vitamins and minerals to keep good bodily function. But recent studies have shown that it is, in fact, a high-protein diet combined with exercise that is most likely to burn body fat.
Third, consider non-invasive treatments
